About The Position

Turtle River Montessori West is seeking an Upper Elementary Teacher for Grades 4-6. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress. Requirements

3-5 Years of Experience required
State specific
Montessori certification preferred
A willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role

Nice To Haves

BA in Education Preferred
Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred
