UPK Assistant PreK Teacher
About The Position
Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic UPK Assistant PreK Teacher to join our growing preschool community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. As a UPK Assistant PreK Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover. You will design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond, foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration, and support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- NJ Substitute Teaching Certification preferred.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
