About The Position

We are seeking a skilled furniture production specialist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, assembling, and upholstering high-quality sofas, loveseats, recliners, and other upholstered furniture products.

Requirements

8-10 years experience in furniture manufacturing, upholstery, or woodworking
Experience with sofa, chair, or recliner production preferred
Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications
Skilled in both woodworking and upholstery techniques
Experience operating industrial woodworking and upholstery machinery
Strong attention to detail and quality control
ENGLISH IS REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Construct and assemble wooden frames for sofas, loveseats, recliners, and stationary/motion furniture
Interpret technical drawings, production blueprints, and design specifications to fabricate finished furniture products
Perform precision cutting, shaping, joining, and finishing of wood components
Carry out upholstery work including leather and fabric covering, foam fitting, and trimming
Troubleshoot production and assembly issues related to frames, upholstery, and mechanical components
Operate and maintain woodworking and upholstery machinery used in furniture production
Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards throughout all production stages
Train and guide new employees in furniture production techniques and assembly processes
Support production workflow including both assembly line and custom hand-built furniture production
Collaborate with design and production teams to improve efficiency and product quality
Maintain workplace safety and proper handling of tools and materials
