LEE Industries is expanding and currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40-45 hours per week, no Saturdays, and a strong benefits package. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of furniture Upholsterer Insider experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
• Ability to work full-time
• Flexibility to work overtime when required

Nice To Haves

• LEAN manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Fit, install, and secure leather or fabric to wooden frames
• Use manual and powered tools to secure components into place
• Align parts and materials to ensure proper assembly and quality standards
• Cross-train in other areas as needed
• Maintain detailed craftsmanship and quality expectations
• Perform all other duties as assigned
