This role assists in operating assigned equipment safely and efficiently, prepares for job changeovers, and maintains housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required
• 0 to 2 years experience
• Able to operate industrial machines and equipment.
• Constantly exposed to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipment.
• Frequent/strenuous physical effort (lifting, moving heavy objects, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Able to complete Training Checklist.
• Observes Company safety rules and complies with safety practices.
• Ensures that product quality, production efficiencies, and scrap rates meet or exceed established standards.
• Assists in operation of assigned equipment.
• Participates in job changeover preparation for all assigned equipment.
• Performs general housekeeping functions in assigned areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the operator, supervisor, or the Converting Manager.
