About The Position

The company is building uRun, Universal Runtime, which is the infrastructure layer enabling real-time, stateful inference for interactive AI. They are looking for exceptional talent in various areas, including technical leadership, engineering, and other functions like Go-to-Market, design, developer relations, and operations. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of owning ambiguous problems end-to-end, maintaining a high personal standard, and demonstrating strong judgment in setting direction with minimal guidance.

Requirements

Technical leadership experience (CTO, VP/Head of Engineering, founding level).
Experience architecting large-scale production systems.
Experience building teams.
Expertise in distributed systems.
Experience with GPU-heavy workloads.
Experience with low-latency infrastructure.
Proven track record of shipping work.
Exceptional skills in inference, systems, performance, serving infra, or full-stack development.
Experience operating at the top of your field in GTM, design, devrel, or ops.
Track record of owning ambiguous problems end-to-end.
High personal standards.
Judgment to set direction with limited scaffolding.
