About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Unqork Developer / Lead Configurator to design, build, and configure scalable applications using the Unqork no-code platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on Unqork experience, and the ability to lead teams while working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall software development experience
• 6–7 years of hands-on experience with the Unqork platform
• Strong expertise in Unqork no-code development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrations
• Unqork Associate Configurator Certification
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models
• Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Life Insurance domain

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure scalable applications using the Unqork no-code platform.
• Lead teams while working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Deep understanding of application lifecycle (design, build, deploy, support, enhancement) in a no-code environment.
• Strong client interaction and requirement analysis skills.
