About The Position

As an Unmanned Aerial Systems Program Manager, you’ll bring your tactical and technical expertise to work on projects for the U.S. Marine Corps. You’ll develop programming, coordinate across multiple units, and advise the client on the tactical employment of unmanned aerial systems and counter-unmanned aerial systems. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to Department of War and U.S. Marine Corps unmanned systems initiatives. You’ll guide the work we do for the U.S. Marine Corps and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning. Requirements

  • Experience as a military aviator and unmanned aerial systems program manager
  • Knowledge of military aviation operations, military flight planning, unmanned aerial systems employment, and counter-unmanned aerial systems trainings
  • Ability to coordinate with unmanned aerial systems operators, managers, and schools to drive innovation
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as the principal adviser to a Marine Corps Commanding General and aviation in support of ground operations, including on unmanned aerial systems and counter-unmanned aerial systems
  • Joint Terminal Attack Controller or Instrument Rated Pilot Certification

Responsibilities
