About The Position

We're seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Unloading & Lumping Specialists. In this role, you'll help keep products moving through our operation by loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments using a combination of manual and powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts. This is a fast-paced, hands-on career with growth potential, suitable for those who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience operating pallet jacks, forklift/warehouse equipment is preferred
Opportunities to become OSHA-certified on motorized equipment

Responsibilities

Load and unload products from trailers, containers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Operate hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Build, organize, and stage pallets for storage and shipment.
Read labels, breakdown sheets, and shipping information accurately.
Secure products for transport using shrink wrap and tape.
Inspect freight and report shortages or damages.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
