About The Position

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is hiring an Unloader in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position is responsible for safely loading parts onto a moving production line and helping ensure production continues without interruption. The role is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., with overtime as required. The Unloader checks incoming materials, identifies and rejects materials that fail to meet specifications or quality standards, keeps the work area clean, and ensures proper storage and handling of materials. The work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air, and requires standing for extended periods and repetitive arm and hand movements.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Six months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
Good understanding of quality control.
Ability to stand at a workstation for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive motions using arms and hands.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
Flexibility with production hours.

Responsibilities

Safely load parts onto a moving production line.
Check incoming materials to help prevent production from being stalled.
Recognize parts and materials that do not meet specifications or quality standards and reject them.
Keep the work area clean and perform necessary housekeeping.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
Maintain a safe working environment conducive to productivity.
Respond quickly to changing situations and priorities.
