About the Unlicensed Technician Role: The Unlicensed Technician position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in aircraft maintenance. This hands-on role offers the chance to learn while you work, gaining valuable experience in a heavy maintenance environment. Technicians will support various areas including general aircraft maintenance, structures, and/or composites, depending on operational needs. This position reports directly to the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting the repair and upkeep of customer aircraft, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
