About The Position

Clear Lakes Dental is opening a new clinic in Burnsville, MN in June 2026 and is seeking enthusiastic, passionate team members. They are looking for a full-time Unlicensed Dental Assistant. No experience is needed as the company provides 100% fully paid training. This role involves assisting with patient preparation, instrument sterilization, room setup, and supporting Dentists, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists during patient treatments. The ideal candidate is well-organized, has great attention to detail, and provides exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years customer service experience
• A desire to learn more about the dental industry
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail, well-organized and reliable

Nice To Haves

• Secondary education
• CPR training
• Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo or Hmong

Responsibilities
