Working closely with the Early Talent and College Relations team, you will play a key role in delivering a meaningful and engaging intern experience through events, programming, and communications. This hands-on internship offers experience in event planning, program coordination, and relationship building within a professional corporate environment. This is a Summer Internship starting in June 2026 for 10 Weeks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in event planning, program management, and intern engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital communication tools or project management platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a positive intern experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in event planning or student leadership is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering a variety of intern events, including professional development workshops, networking activities, social gatherings, and executive speaker sessions.
  • Program Coordination: Help manage summer program logistics such as event calendars, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and venue/virtual setup.
  • Communications: Draft and distribute engaging internal communications for intern events and initiatives, including email announcements, newsletters, and calendar invites.
  • Intern Engagement: Support initiatives that foster intern connection, belonging, and community throughout the program.
  • Project Support: Contribute to broader summer program projects and initiatives, including intern feedback collection, program evaluation, and final presentations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to the Early Talent team, including scheduling, note-taking, data entry, and tracking program milestones.
