Freese and Nichols seeking a University Recruiting Coordinator in our downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters. As University Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our university recruiting strategy and help facilitate the hiring process for our interns. Your role: As University Recruiting Coordinator you will help us meet our university recruiting goals. We expect to hire 100+ interns and around 75 new graduates in 2026. While we are close to 80% of our hiring goal now, the university recruiting cycle will shift from hiring to onboarding and conversion within a few short months.
