About The Position

Calling all pet lovers! Vetcor is hiring a University Recruiter to join our University Recruiting team and help build meaningful relationships with veterinary schools and students across an assigned portfolio of campuses. This role is ideal for someone with campus or early-career recruiting experience who enjoys building long-term pipelines, partnering closely with universities, and supporting students through impactful programs such as externships and paid summer jobs. Vetcor’s University Recruitment program builds a strong veterinary student pipeline through intentional outreach, campus events, university relationships, and student-focused programs. The program is structured around five core pillars, with each team member serving as the owner of a specific pillar.
