About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruiter to support our early career talent strategy through the Operational Strength Program —an initiative designed to identify, hire, and develop the next generation of field leaders across our U.S. operations. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for early career positions, focused on driving operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with field leaders, HR partners, and university contacts to build a robust pipeline of passionate, hands-on talent eager to grow within a high-energy and fast-paced environment. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Newark, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and/or Boston, MA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruiting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using recruiting tools and systems such as Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday, Paradox, and Calendly is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the U.S during the peak campus recruiting season.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for early career roles within the Operational Strength program.
  • Collaborate with field hiring managers and program stakeholders to understand talent needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target universities, community colleges, technical schools, and workforce development organizations.
  • Drive awareness of the program through compelling outreach campaigns, social media collaboration, and employer branding efforts.
  • Use data and analytics to assess sourcing channel performance, optimize recruitment processes, and support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with onboarding and program leads to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.
  • Develop high level contacts vertically within the organization to leverage internal stakeholder support.
  • Travel to key universities for career fairs, information sessions, hiring days, and program locations to represent the Operational Strength program, build campus relationships, and support local hiring needs.
