The University Recruiter/ Program Manager owns the strategy for Early Career programs for interns and new grad hires, designing and executing high-impact programs, including onboarding, events, mentorship, and performance management/ conversion. This role ensures a consistent and engaging experience that drives strong performance and conversion outcomes. In addition, the UR PM manages the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and new graduate hires across assigned business unit(s). This includes sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and meet hiring goals.
