As a 2027 University Intern - Procurement, you will gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that help build your technical and professional skills at Phillips 66. Summer internship activities may include orientation and training events, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars and opportunities to meet and interact with business leaders and executives. You will participate in continuous coaching conversations with your manager for meaningful feedback throughout your internship. You will be mentored by an experienced team member for further guidance, assistance with the technical challenges of your role, and aid in navigating the day-to-day questions that arise while working in a corporate environment. You will present your work to senior business leaders and key stakeholders at the end of your internship, allowing you to demonstrate what you learned during your time with the company, communicate the impact you made and provide insight on your experience.
