Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging and informative tours of university facilities that inspire prospective students and families and support a positive visitor experience.
  • Provide professional, welcoming, and responsive customer service to prospective students, families, guests, and University staff including accurate and up-to-date information regarding Academy offerings.
  • Encourage prospective students and families to utilize Visitor Center resources, including post tour surveys.
  • Perform administrative duties to include but not limited to, communication via phone and email, schedule tours, support with creating tour schedules and extend invitations for upcoming events.
  • Assist with coordinating special events and school activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with Campus Tours staff and University departments to support tour, event, and visitor needs.
  • Adapt to changing tour schedules, visitor needs, and departmental priorities.
  • Execute all responsibilities in a manner compliant with accreditation requirements as well as state and/or federal laws/regulations.
  • Report compliance-related issues or concerns to the Academy’s Executive Vice President, Financial Aid & Compliance and Chief Student Affairs.
