About The Position
The Universal Worker (DR Server/ Housekeeper) is responsible for ensuring food is served in a courteous and efficient manner, following proper food handling practices; and sustaining The Berkeley properties at the highest level of cleanliness, ensuring exemplary service, in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Cleaning duties in resident suites and throughout the building

Responsibilities
- Serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items.
- Strictly adhere to food and safety standards.
- Follow correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage on the menu.
- Listen to and solicit resident feedback regarding their dining experience.
- Ensure serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. are cleaned and set to specific standards.
- Perform cleaning duties in resident suites and throughout the building.
- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Act as a team member and work cooperatively and supportively with other departments.
