Requirements
- Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but not required.
- Direct care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect.
- Support tenants by providing personal care, light housekeeping, and daily living assistance.
- Assist with activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and medication reminders.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with assisted living standards.
- Maintain a positive living environment where tenants receive the care and support they need.
