Universal Pre-K Teacher Assistant (Full Time)

About The Position
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring a Universal Pre-K Teacher Assistant located in the Schuylerville School District. The role assists with planning and implementing daily program activities and curriculum for an assigned classroom. The assistant helps create a safe, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals and promotes safety in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Pay is $18.07 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a childcare setting.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the NYS Pre-K curriculum and OCFS guidelines, if in the relevant program.
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR PRO and First Aid certifications are preferred.
