Under the general supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Universal Intake Specialist will be responsible for a variety of client services including conducting intake meetings with individuals applying for assistance, collecting client information required for program application, conducting pre-assessments to determine program eligibility, collecting requirement documents and conducting follow-ups with clients. The Universal Intake Specialist must comply with the Supportive Services’ established policies and procedures. This position is customer service-based and does not involve case management. This is a full-time, 35-hour per-week position currently funded through renewable grants.
