About The Position

This is a critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. The role demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues. The Universal Direct Banker will communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. They will resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems. The role involves describing products and services to customers to respond to customer questions and issues, learning and applying procedures, and comprehensively acquiring new job-related information in a timely and correct manner, recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails. Additionally, the Universal Direct Banker will answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing an accurate response.

Requirements

  • Manual dexterity and coordination while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
