The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English fluency and involves a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include providing efficient client transaction completion, maintaining accurate records, and handling money properly. A key aspect of the role is delivering superior client service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker will also be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role aims to provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital solutions, support the team's sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. The position requires active participation in leadership routines, continuous learning of products and services, adherence to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
