The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role requiring English fluency and a 1st shift work schedule. This role involves completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, handling money properly, and delivering superior client service by understanding and addressing their financial needs. The position also requires cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will educate clients on digital self-service solutions, participate in team sales processes through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. They will also participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning through meetings and training, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
