The Universal Banker position is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role delivers superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current guidelines. The Universal Banker also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects.
