The Part Time Universal Banker position is a 20-hour per week role focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves handling all monies accurately, understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital banking solutions and participate in leadership routines and training to enhance product knowledge. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is crucial. The position also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
