The Universal Banker position is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role delivers superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Essential duties include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team sales process through outbound calls, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, committing to continuous learning of products and services, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
