Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional banking service to customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
- Accurately and efficiently process a variety of customer transactions.
- Assist customers with personal banking needs, including opening and servicing checking, savings, IRA, HSA, and other deposit accounts.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and identify solutions that meet their financial needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information in accordance with United Community Bank's privacy and security policies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
