The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English fluency and involves working the 1st shift. The primary responsibilities include providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The role also focuses on delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular emphasis on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role aims to provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital self-service solutions, support the team sales process through client outreach, and understand the importance of IRM for seamless delivery of expertise and solutions. The position requires active participation in leadership routines, commitment to continuous learning of products and services, adherence to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
