As a Universal Banker, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience- supporting customers with everything from everyday transactions to new accounts, debit card issues, and online banking assistance. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of banking or customer service experience (cash handling required).
• Strong communication, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to multitask.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to other branch locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile—in the lobby, at the drive-up, or over the phone—and help them with a full range of banking services.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and assist with vault and ATM duties.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts (including IRAs and HSAs) and provide helpful answers on our products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through tools like online banking and bill pay.
• Spot opportunities to connect customers with services that support their goals.
• Collaborate with team members and jump in where needed to keep things running smoothly.
• Participate in community events, bank campaigns, and ongoing training.
