The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, with an emphasis on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires adherence to operational procedures, risk management policies, and continuous learning to better serve clients. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
