The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English fluency and involves working the 1st shift. The primary responsibilities include completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, providing superior customer service by understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities. This includes assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The role aims to deliver a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating conversations, and handling both complex and standardized transactions. It also involves educating clients on digital self-service solutions, participating in client outreach, understanding IRM to deliver Truist expertise, and adhering to established leadership routines. Continuous learning of individual and product knowledge through training is essential, as is adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. The Universal Banker also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
