The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper money handling. The role also involves delivering superior client service, identifying client financial needs, and supporting sales activities, particularly with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will engage clients, educate them on digital banking solutions, support the team's sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. They will participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
