The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, while also identifying and understanding client financial needs. This role involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position requires delivering superior client service and educating clients on digital banking solutions. The Universal Banker will also support the team's sales process through client outreach and identifying opportunities, while adhering to internal controls and operational procedures. Additionally, this role serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
