The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions accurately and efficiently while providing superior customer service. This role involves identifying and understanding client financial needs, cross-training in sales and service activities, and assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will educate clients on digital banking solutions, support the team's sales process through client outreach, and participate in leadership routines and training to enhance product knowledge. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is crucial. The position also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling a volume of work proportionate to branch demands.
