About The Position

This full-time position involves providing a welcoming and professional customer experience, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. The role requires building relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services. You will promote bank products and services to achieve individual and branch sales goals, including accounts, loans, and other financial solutions. Additionally, you will educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools, and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions. The position also involves performing teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, assisting customers with account openings, updates, and closings while ensuring compliance with bank policies. You will identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through cross-selling or upselling, and monitor and maintain cash drawer accuracy. Operational responsibilities include ensuring adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security and fraud prevention. You will participate in operational tasks such as ATM balancing, night deposit processing, and maintaining branch supplies. Monitoring and escalating suspicious account activity or potential risks to management is also part of the role, along with maintaining organized and accurate records. Collaboration with branch team members is essential for seamless service delivery and goal achievement. You will assist with training and mentoring new team members and participate in branch meetings and training sessions.

Requirements
