The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, with an emphasis on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The goal is to deliver a distinctive client experience, identify client needs, and educate them on digital banking solutions.
