The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role requiring English fluency and a 1st shift work schedule. This role focuses on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The Universal Banker will deliver superior client service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will engage clients with a smile, facilitate courteous conversation, conduct both complex and standardized transactions, and uncover client needs. They will also educate clients on digital, self-service solutions to enhance their banking experience. Support for the team's sales process includes client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities. The role requires understanding the importance of IRM to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions. Participation in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines is expected, as is a commitment to advancing individual and product knowledge through training and meetings. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is crucial, as is staying informed of policy changes. The Universal Banker will serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services. The annual base salary for this position is $45,760-$52,500, with additional incentive pay available.
