The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, while providing superior customer service and identifying client financial needs. This role also involves supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, as well as continuous learning of products and services. The Universal Banker serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
