Home State Bank is looking for a candidate that can provide exceptional customer service in the handling of customer inquiries by phone and in person. This position will be single point of contact for walk-in customers by performing routine banking transactions including cash handling, deposit account opening, consumer online banking assistance, product sales and referrals to others lines of business. This position needs to maintain a high level of accuracy and the ability to ascertain customer needs by proactive listening and have independent problem-solving skills.
