The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The goal is to deliver a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital solutions, and support the team's sales process by identifying and fulfilling client needs or referring them to appropriate specialists. The position also requires participation in leadership routines, continuous learning, adherence to policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
