The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with Saturday availability being mandatory. The role involves providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper money handling. A key aspect of the position is delivering superior customer service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital self-service solutions and participate in team sales processes through client outreach. Understanding and implementing Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) is crucial for seamlessly delivering Truist expertise and solutions. The role requires full participation in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and a commitment to continuous learning through sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, training classes, and web-based learning. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential, along with staying informed of policy and procedure changes. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
