The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role requiring English fluency and involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The role focuses on delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position also involves educating clients on digital self-service solutions and participating in team sales processes and leadership routines. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
