About The Position

At United Community Bank, our full-time Universal Banker position will provide you with an opportunity to interact and build connections with our customers on a daily basis. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment.

Nice To Haves
- previous customer service experience is a plus!
- The ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent banking service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a solid understanding of our banking products and services
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
- Perform personal banking services such as new account opening (checking, savings, IRA, HSA etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality with customer account information in accordance with United Community Bank's privacy policy
- Fully comply with company and departmental policies and regulations
