Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Computer skills
Communication skills
Utilization of office equipment
Dexterity to count money
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional banking service to customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
Accurately and efficiently process a variety of customer transactions.
Assist customers with personal banking needs, including opening and servicing checking, savings, IRA, HSA, and other deposit accounts.
Build meaningful relationships with customers and identify solutions that meet their financial needs.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information in accordance with United Community Bank's privacy and security policies.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
