Universal Banker - Perham
About The Position
At United Community Bank, our Mission is to serve our community members and empower them to achieve their financial goals. Due to an internal promotion of an existing Universal Banker, we are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team at our Perham location. We have a flexible work environment, and working hours of M-F 8:30am-5:00pm along with rotating Saturdays 9:00am-12pm. At United Community Bank, our full-time Universal Banker position will provide you with an opportunity to interact and build connections with our customers on a daily basis. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Utilization of office equipment
- Dexterity to count money
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent banking service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a solid understanding of our banking products and services
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
- Perform personal banking services such as new account opening (checking, savings, IRA, HSA etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality with customer account information in accordance with United Community Bank's privacy policy
- Fully comply with company and departmental policies and regulations
