We’re looking for a Universal Banker for our Mount Dora Office who will be one of the front faces of the Bank and our customer’s go-to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. This role combines the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship-building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels — whether in person, online, or over the phone. You’ll be empowered to promote Climate First Bank’s full suite of products and services, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service or sales.
