The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role focused on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. Universal Bankers are cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role involves engaging clients, educating them on digital solutions, supporting the team's sales process through outreach, and understanding the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. It also requires participation in leadership routines, commitment to continuous learning of products and services, adherence to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
